NINTH NEWSLETTER - MARCH 2012

It is some time since the Trust issued a Newsletter.

Since 2008 the Trust has provided funds towards the cost of the pontoon replacement, boat covers and spare boat parts for the Thursday Club, 3 new engines for the safety ribs, racking for Optimists and Teras, a contribution towards the cost of repairing the damaged engine of Hayling Rescue and subsidised courses for the Thursday Club at Hayling Sea School.

Currently we are assisting with the payment of equipment for the Junior Room at H.I.S.C.

Improvements to the Stocker accommodation block are planned and funds permitting we would be able within our remit to assist with costs of anything concerning the disabled or juniors.

We will continue to support the Thursday Club and we have also offered to accept and process donations specifically for the maintenance of Frank Dunster’s Rib

We would like to remind members that we welcome donations, either singly or regularly by Standing Order. The Trust is able to reclaim tax on  donations providing the member has filled in the appropriate Gift Aid form. If you have made a donation in the past there is no need to fill in another form. For new members/contributors,  forms are available on the above links or from the  H.I.S.C.  Office.

This year has seen changes in the Trustees with Malcolm Tite joining us.
