The Solo Prize-giving

On Saturday, November 14th

In the Adults Bar

at 6 .00 pm for 6.30 pm

 

There will be a free drink for you - wine, beer, soft drink etc
 to accompany the distribution of Trophies,

After that there is a posh Dinner, at about 7.15 pm, but if you just want a quick supper,
the ordinary Saturday fare will be available from the servery.

I will need to know numbers, please, (as soon as you like) of those wishing to attend the prize-giving in the bar and also for the Dinner - with your choices from the menu as we usually do.

If those that just wish to have the normal Saturday supper also let me know,
then I will book a table for you as well

STARTER

Roasted Red Pepper Soup

A home-made soup served with a dolce latte crouton

OR

Crayfish and Avocado Salad

Crayfish bound in a seafood sauce served on an avocado salad

 

MAIN COURSE

Piquant bream

A duet of bream fillets served on a bed of sauté pak choi
Garnished with a caramelised grapefruit dust with chopped coriander

OR

Cantonese Pork Fillet

Succulent pork fillet cooked in a black bean sauce with shitake mushrooms,
spring onions and bean sprouts

OR

Vegetarian Option

DESSERT

Baileys Chocolate Mousse

A chocolate mousse infused with Baileys served
 with crème Chantilly and chocolate sauce

OR

Home-made Crumble

Apple and Apricot compote topped with an almond crumble
 served with home-made Devon custard
