A boat's ranking is based on its performance when paired against every other participating boat.
All races in the HISC programme are included. A boat must finish in at least one race to be ranked.
The score for each boat is the average of the sum of its performance ratios versus each other boat,
i.e. Number of Wins divided by Number of Times Met.
