Monday 16 July HW 15.00 4.9m – Meet at HISC 11.00 for coffee and chat
Dinner at HISC 7.00 pm for 7.30. Normal counter service with reserved tables.
Arrangements are all in hand for our annual “in Harbour” extravaganza! I show below the menu for the HISC Monday evening dinner

Thursday 19 July HW 17.25 4.5m Ferry 1300 Cruise to Chichester Marina holding pontoon and late lunch/tea at The Boathouse Café
Friday 20 July HW 18.15 4.3m – Lunchtime BBQ in Peter and Gusti Taylors’ garden in Wittering Road.
Details for the BBQ – The cost is £5 pp payable in advance (in an envelope with your name to 384 Seafront) to meet the cost of either a steak or salmon. Please let June know which each of your party has chosen. She also needs to know if you intend to contribute a salad or pudding, if in doubt please discuss with her the most appropriate dish when booking on (tel 02392-466522)
BBQ start 12 – 12.30. Please bring your drinks, glasses, plates and cutlery. Some chairs may be needed and gazebos/marquees if weather very wet.
Attendance is restricted to Social Sailing members.
This week is an opportunity for social sailing members to go out in boats where they do not normally manage to get out on the water. Would boat owners please indicate to Mike where they are able to take guests.

There is 24 access to the Marina. 10 berths have been booked and will be allocated on arrival - Call on Ch 80 for lock-in
A table for 20 has been reserved at The Boathouse on the marina for 7pm,
The menu is here - Hythe Menu - two courses are £20.00, three £26.00.
John will need boat details and numbers for the Boathouse with menu choices for each person
